Dublin home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Dublin rose by $22,600 while total sales decreased by 30.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $422,500 - a 5.7% increase over the $399,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Dublin in February 2019.
