Lincoln Village home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Lincoln Village rose by $14,200 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,200 - a 15.8% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lincoln Village in January 2019.
