Dublin home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Dublin rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $386,000 - a 1.6% increase over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Dublin in January 2019.
