Dublin home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Dublin rose by $55,000 while total sales increased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 15.1% increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Dublin in November 2018.
