Lincoln Village home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Lincoln Village rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 29.5% increase over the $125,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Lincoln Village in August 2018.
