Dublin home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Dublin fell by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 34.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $391,500 - a 0.9% decrease over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Dublin in August 2018.
