Lincoln Village home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Lincoln Village rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Lincoln Village in July 2018.
