Lincoln Village home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Lincoln Village rose by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 18.8% increase over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Lincoln Village in May 2018.
