Grove City home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Grove City rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,900 - a 5.6% increase over the $179,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Grove City in April 2018.
