Dublin home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Dublin fell by $26,250 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 6% decrease over the $436,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Dublin in April 2018.
