Upper Arlington home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Upper Arlington rose by $94,200 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $521,200 - a 22.1% increase over the $427,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Upper Arlington in April 2018.
