Lincoln Village home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Lincoln Village rose by $3,750 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,050 - a 3.5% increase over the $107,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Lincoln Village in March 2018.
