Canal Winchester home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Canal Winchester fell by $3,550 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,450 - a 1.5% decrease over the $243,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Canal Winchester in March 2018.
