Galloway home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Galloway rose by $100,757 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,507 - a 61.2% increase over the $164,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Galloway in March 2018.
