Dublin home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Dublin fell by $12,300 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,450 - a 3.1% decrease over the $391,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Dublin in March 2018.
