Grove City home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Grove City fell by $32,000 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,000 - a 16.4% decrease over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Grove City in February 2018.
