Galloway home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Galloway rose by $104,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 157.6% increase over the $66,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Galloway in February 2018, as well.
