Canal Winchester home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Canal Winchester rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 25% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Canal Winchester in February 2018.
