Dublin home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Dublin rose by $34,900 while total sales increased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,900 - a 9.6% increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Dublin in February 2018.
