Galloway home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Galloway rose by $6,550 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,550 - a 5.2% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Galloway in January 2018.
