Dublin home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Dublin rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 20.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $389,000 - a 1% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Dublin in December 2017.
