Dublin home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Dublin rose by $1,145 while total sales decreased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 0.3% increase over the $363,855 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Dublin in November 2017.
