Columbus home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Columbus rose by $17,950 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 772 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,950 - a 13.3% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 831 homes sold in Columbus in October 2017.
