Dublin home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Dublin rose by $48,000 while total sales increased by 69.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $408,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Dublin in October 2017.
