Lincoln Village home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Lincoln Village rose by $27,500 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 28.2% increase over the $97,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lincoln Village in September 2017, as well.
