Dublin home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Dublin fell by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 29.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $388,000 - a 6.5% decrease over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Dublin in September 2017.
