Dublin home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Dublin rose by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $431,000 - a 3.9% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Dublin in July 2017.
