Hilliard home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Hilliard rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $272,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Hilliard in June 2017.
