Huber Ridge home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Huber Ridge fell by $3,500 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $159,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Huber Ridge in May 2017.
