The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Canal Winchester fell by $14,900 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 7.5% decrease over the $199,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Canal Winchester in May 2017.
