Dublin home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Dublin rose by $28,500 while total sales increased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $418,500 - a 7.3% increase over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Dublin in May 2017.
