Pinhook home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Pinhook fell by $12,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,500 - a 6.9% decrease over the $182,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pinhook in April 2017, as well.
