Dublin home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Dublin rose by $39,248 while total sales remained unchanged with 32 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $436,250 - a 9.9% increase over the $397,003 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Dublin in April 2017, as well.
