New Albany home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in New Albany rose by $83,450 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,950 - a 21.8% increase over the $382,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in New Albany in April 2017.
