Reynoldsburg home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Reynoldsburg rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $124,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in March 2017.
