Galloway home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Galloway fell by $163,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,000 - a 71.2% decrease over the $229,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Galloway in February 2017.
