Columbus home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Columbus rose by $42,526 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 568 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,000 - a 53.5% increase over the $79,474 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 483 homes sold in Columbus in February 2017.
