Reynoldsburg home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Reynoldsburg rose by $1,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 22 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,000 - a 1.1% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in February 2017, as well.
