Dublin home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Dublin rose by $42,550 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 13.2% increase over the $322,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Dublin in February 2017.
