Blacklick Estates home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Blacklick Estates fell by $12,600 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,900 - a 13.9% decrease over the $90,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Blacklick Estates in January 2017.
