Worthington home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Worthington rose by $32,950 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,950 - a 15% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Worthington in December 2016.
