New Albany home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in New Albany fell by $112,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $490,000 - a 18.7% decrease over the $602,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in New Albany in December 2016.
