Lincoln Village home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Lincoln Village fell by $8,500 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,000 - a 7.2% decrease over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lincoln Village in November 2016.
