Huber Ridge home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Huber Ridge rose by $12,400 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,900 - a 9.4% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Huber Ridge in November 2016, as well.
