Dublin home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Dublin rose by $12,605 while total sales increased by 141.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $363,855 - a 3.6% increase over the $351,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Dublin in November 2016.
