Worthington home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Worthington fell by $15,450 while total sales increased by 425%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $290,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Worthington in October 2016.
