Lincoln Village home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Lincoln Village rose by $17,600 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,500 - a 22% increase over the $79,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lincoln Village in September 2016.
