Minerva Park home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Minerva Park fell by $76,700 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,300 - a 35.8% decrease over the $214,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Minerva Park in September 2016, as well.
