Columbus home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Columbus rose by $13,500 while total sales increased by 39.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 763 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 10.8% increase over the $124,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 547 homes sold in Columbus in September 2016.
