Upper Arlington home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Upper Arlington rose by $3,833 while total sales increased by 82.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,833 - a 1% increase over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Upper Arlington in September 2016.
